At Seductress, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange and due to hygiene reasons:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not accept returns on sale items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement (No Return Required)
We offer a refund or free replacement if your item:
- arrives damaged
- is defective
- incorrect or missing parts
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos of the issue
In these cases, you do not need to return the product.
Size Guarantee
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, contact us — we’ll do our best to help find a solution or offer a replacement where possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
